All investment carries a risk of capital loss and may have limited liquidity; past performance does not predict future performance. The tax and legal rules quoted are those in force at each page's last review date shown at the foot of the page and may change; your personal situation, your country of residence and the applicable double-tax treaty may lead to a different treatment from the one described.

Personal data
Data controller: the publisher identified above. Simply reading these pages sets no cookies: typefaces are served from our own domain and no request is made to any third party. There is one exception, and you are asked about it: audience measurement.
Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used and which pages genuinely serve their purpose. It sets cookies on your device and sends browsing data and your truncated IP address to Google (Google Ireland Limited, and Google LLC in the United States). That transfer outside the European Union is framed by the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The data is also used to measure the effectiveness of our Google advertising.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). Nothing is loaded or stored until you accept: if you decline, or simply do not answer, no measurement script runs. Declining takes exactly one click, just like accepting, and takes nothing away from what you can read here. Your choice is kept in your browser — thirteen months if you accept, six months if you decline — and you are then asked again. To change your mind sooner, clear this domain's site data in your browser and the banner will reappear.
Personal data is processed only where you volunteer it. Four cases: (1) booking a call, operated through Google Calendar — your name, email address and whatever you type are transmitted to Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) acting as processor for that tool; this may involve processing outside the European Union, covered by the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; (2) email correspondence, handled by our professional mail provider; (3) the site's answer assistant — the text of your question and your IP address are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (United States), which uses the text to formulate a reply and the IP address to limit abusive use; this processing involves a transfer outside the European Union. Questions the assistant cannot answer are retained in truncated and partly masked form, for as long as needed to monitor the service. As with booking a call, do not detail your personal financial situation in your questions: the assistant informs from the site's own published content and provides no personalised advice. (4) the contact form — the name, email address, country of residence, situation and subject you give, together with your message, reach us by email and are stored in no database and written to no server log. The form expressly asks you to include no amounts, no account references and no attachments.
Purposes and legal bases: answering your request and preparing a possible meeting (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6.1.b GDPR); keeping a record of our exchanges and meeting our professional retention obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation, Articles 6.1.f and 6.1.c). No marketing is sent without your consent.
Retention: enquiries that do not proceed are deleted no later than three years after the last contact; data relating to clients is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory periods applicable to regulated advisers, in particular under anti-money-laundering and accounting rules.
Recipients: members of the firm who need to know, our scheduling provider (Google) for the booking only, our mail provider and our host. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where the processing relies on it. To exercise them, write to contact@valley-international.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr.
