Two things worry most people before they write to a French firm about their money: whether the conversation will happen in English, and whether they will be handed from one person to another until they give up. Neither happens here. The English-language side of the firm has one named contact, Anne Privat, and correspondence is in English or French as you prefer. Nothing you send commits you to anything.

If your question is short, the form at the bottom of this page is the fastest route; if it involves several countries, a thirty-minute call will save you a long exchange.
What to send, and what to keep for later
Tell us where you live, where your money is, and what is about to change. Those three things determine almost every answer we can give. What we do not want by email or through a web form is your account numbers, your balances or your documents: they are not needed to tell you whether a subject deserves attention, and an unsecured channel is the wrong place for them. When the moment comes to look at figures, we will agree on a secure way to send them.

You describe your situation; we tell you what deserves attention and in what order, including when the answer is that nothing does.
Where we are
